We‘ll probably never tire of admiring the beautiful effects that long-exposure photography allows us to achieve. Idaho-based photographer Lisa Wood sure knows a trick or two with it as well, as she demonstrates in her gorgeous Art of Farmland photo series. You might think you’re looking at a collection of ordinary horizon pictures at first, but with a closer look, you‘ll notice something odd about it: is ordinary farmland scenery really that vibrant and colorful on a regular basis? Lisa creates these stunning effects by combining different exposures and time lapse photograph techniques.

“My hope for the viewer is to look at rural landscapes in a different way and to hopefully appreciate both the imagination behind the images and the moods they evoke,” says the artist. Some people might be fans of natural sights untouched by technology, but you gotta admit – if it helps discover such beauty, you can‘t hold anything against it!
