With spaghetti and meatballs in mind, she invented an exciting new dish that is sure to impress all of her dinner guests. She used three pounds of ground beef to create one giant meatball stuffed with mouthwatering angel hair pasta, all covered in a homemade marinara sauce bursting with flavor. The secret is, it’s actually very easy to make. From prep time all the way to serving it, it’s all very simple with her quick demonstration.

She rounds up all the necessary ingredients to begin the pasta and sauce: angel hair pasta, extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, basil, basil leaves, salt, crushed red pepper and dried oregano. Once cooked all together, it’s set aside to be used in just a minute.

Her giant meatball is made up of 3 pounds of ground beef, 80% lean and the following ingredients: yellow onion, chopped fresh parsley, crushed garlic, eggs, plain seltzer, salt, Italian breadcrumbs, pecorino romano cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan for garnish. Once she presses a third of the meat mixture along the inside of the bowl, it’s ready to be stuffed with pasta, covered with the remaining meat, cooked, and finally poured with the marinara sauce. The finished product is simply stunning.Â
